CAMPING, CAMPING PARKING & GLAMPING

Camping

  • Lost Lands provide multiple options for people to camp at the venue ground. Camping tickets are sold per campsite, not per person.
  • The tickets can be bought online.
  • Area wristbands for the specific camping and glamping grounds are needed to enter.
  • All of them include access to camping entertainment, activities, food, and all your needs, including ice sales, water refills, and showers (small fee).
  • If arriving before Friday, each group member must have an Early Entry pass for the day they arrive.

GA Car Camping: Traditional, affordable car camping.

  • 10’x35’ camping space for 1-2 tents and 1 standard-sized car, SUV, or truck. Vehicles may be up to 22′ in length. No trailers of any type and no box trucks allowed.

Tent-Only Forest Camping: located at the forest campground in the heart of Lost Lands

  • Shady, secluded tent camping for 4 in a lush, forested area.
  • Limit two sleeping tents and one shade tent per Forest Camping pass.
  • Flexible tent placement within the camping area, no gridded lots.

Quiet Car Camping:

TRAVEL & PARKING GUIDE

The Lost Lands festival grounds are located at Legend Valley, Thornville, Ohio. The venue is approximately half an hour’s drive from Columbus downtown.

South Lot Weekend Parking:

If you are staying off-site and plan to drive to and from Legend Valley each day, or if you are camping and your vehicle is not being used in the campgrounds, South Lot Weekend Parking is perfect for you. The pass can be bought online.

  • For day parking or overnight parking.
  • Complimentary shuttles will run between the South Lot and the main festival entrance area 24 hours per day, beginning when camping opens.
  • Vehicles may stay overnight throughout the duration of the festival including Early Entry days.
  • Vehicles may enter and re-enter as they please from this lot.
  • You may not sleep in your car or set up camp in any parking lot.

Private Parking:

If you cannot get a spot at the South Lot Weekend Parking, you can drive along Jacksontown Rd heading to the south of Legend Valley Festival entrance. There is a private parking lot when you pass the Together Ministries Church of the Nazarene - Thornville Campus (address: 11587 Jacksontown Rd, Thornville, OH 43076). Small golf charts will be provided to carry you from the parking lot to the Lost Lands Festival entrance.

Shuttles:

Except for driving, the festival offers shuttles from multiple places for people to arrive at Legend Valley.

Dino Express Shuttles: from downtown Columbus

  • The shuttle runs a loop between the Columbus downtown core and the festival grounds at Legend Valley.
  • The stop is at 100 E Rich St in Columbus, which is within walking distance from many downtown Columbus hotels.
  • The estimated shuttle travel time is 40-60 minutes each way.
  • You can choose a 3, 4, or 5-day pass for unlimited round trips online. Wednesday Day Shuttle Pass is also offered for those who want to arrive earlier and take part in pre-parties.

Airport Shuttles: from Columbus Airport

  • The single ride from John Glenn Columbus International Airport to Legend Valley and the way back from Legend Valley to the airport costs $30. The tickets can be bought online.
  • The pickup spot at the airport: follow the signs for “Ground Transportation and Shuttles” signs. Outside of door A4, the pick-up spot is on the concrete island for Taxis and Short-Term shuttles, right before the Green Lot parking sign.

  • The festival also offers shuttles from and to Chicago and Cleveland. The tickets can be bought online.
