RETUEN - EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange
☆ If you don’t like your items for any reason (it doesn't fit, has an imperfection, or it's just not your thing) you can submit your return only for refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent)
☆We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a different size.
☆To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
☆ Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.
Non-returnable items
Our return & exchange policy does not apply to accessories or anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging or tags.

Contact us at admin@onlyrave.com with information regarding your request. Please prepare your order number and reason for return in advance. We will send you instructions right after.
Store Credit
You will get a gift card and you can use it while checkout.
